You decide
Say yes and a Paystack link follows. Say no and nothing has cost you anything. There is no follow-up sequence and no newsletter.
On confidentiality. Unpublished manuscripts are held privately, never shared, never used to train any system, and deleted on request once the work is delivered. If you would rather send only a synopsis until the quote is agreed, that is entirely normal — do that.
